Build Something of Your Own by Helping Others Move Forward

You don’t have to leave your current career or have your next chapter figured out to begin building something different.

This is an opportunity to develop a client-based business alongside what you’re already doing, while helping individuals and families make more informed decisions about their financial future.

The Work Starts With People

This is an insurance and financial services business. The work starts with conversations.

Independent financial professionals
1connect with people,
2learn what matters to them,
3help them understand their options,
4and recommend insurance solutions when there’s a need.
How the business earns

When coverage is approved and put in place for a client, the insurance company pays the agent a commission.

That could mean helping

A family put protection in place
Someone become more intentional about saving for their future
Someone approaching retirement better understand the options available to them

You Build Capability by Doing the Work

You don’t need to come into the business already knowing how to explain financial concepts, recommend insurance, or lead a client conversation. You do need to learn, become licensed, and develop those skills.

Development happens while doing the work. Early client appointments are conducted alongside an experienced professional, giving you the opportunity to learn in real situations while gradually taking on more responsibility.

The goal is to develop the knowledge, judgment, communication skills, and confidence to work with clients independently and continue growing from there.

That hands-on development happens within Diamond Leadership Development, alongside the broader platform and infrastructure available through Experior Financial Group.

Independence Comes With Responsibility

Structure

This is an independent, 1099 business opportunity rather than a salaried position.

Income

Income is commission-based. Compensation comes from business placed with clients rather than a salary or hourly wage, so income is tied to the business you produce.

Clients

You are responsible for developing client relationships and creating opportunities to serve them. Clients are not simply handed to you.

Costs

There is no fee simply to join, but becoming licensed and operating the business does involve costs.

Personal production

You can focus on growing your own client base, developing your skills, and building your business through the clients you serve and the production you create. You can continue developing as a personal producer without building a team.

Agency building

If you’re interested in building an agency, you can also recruit, develop, and lead other professionals. Recruiting someone by itself does not generate compensation.

The business remains grounded in serving clients and producing business.

Could You See Yourself Building Something Here?

You may be looking for an additional source of income, a new skill set, or the opportunity to build something that could create more options for you and your family over time. Or you may simply be curious whether this is something worth exploring.

What to expect

The Intro Conversation is a 20–30 minute opportunity to talk about what prompted your interest, where you’re starting, what you’d like to build, and the questions you have.

This business won’t be the right fit for everyone. The Intro Conversation is simply a chance to explore whether it could be right for you, not a commitment to join.

A few short questions, then choose a time.

Common questions

Can I do this alongside my current job?

Yes. Many people begin while working another job or managing other responsibilities. How quickly you develop the business will depend in part on the time, activity, and consistency you put into it.

The Intro Conversation can help you think through what starting realistically could look like around your current commitments.

Where do new agents find clients?

New agents are responsible for developing their own client opportunities. Many begin by having conversations with people they already know and expand from there through referrals, relationship-building, social media, and other prospecting or lead-generation approaches.

Training and systems can help you learn how to create those opportunities, but clients are not simply provided to you.

Do I have to recruit or build a team?

No. You can focus on building your own client base strictly through personal production. Recruiting or building an agency is not required to advance to higher commission levels.

For those who want to build an agency, there is a path to recruit, develop, and lead other professionals. That is an option for how you choose to build the business, not a requirement for advancing as a personal producer.

Are there costs to get started?

There is no fee simply to join, but there are costs associated with becoming licensed and operating the business.

Licensing costs vary by state and can include required education, the state exam, license application, and fingerprinting or background checks.

There are also ongoing business expenses, including errors and omissions insurance and a back office subscription. We’ll make the current costs clear before you decide whether to move forward.

What if I’m already licensed or working in the industry?

The conversation can start from wherever you are today. If you’re already licensed or working in financial services, the Intro Conversation can focus on your current business, what you’re looking for, and whether the platform, resources, and development environment could be relevant to where you want to go next.
